The private site borders Undoolya Cattle Station, one of the oldest working cattle station in Central Australia, where we cater for large and small functions.
You’ll be surrounded by spectacular formations of the MacDonnell Ranges where a collage of colours explodes under the setting sun and sets the surroundings aglow.
Experience the solace and tranquility of this harsh land as you sip on beer, wine and / or soft drink as much as you can drink...it is all included and we are not counting.....
The magic comes alive as the Tailormade Team of entertainers provides you with a unique, once in a lifetime, Australian Outback experience underneath a chandelier of stars.
If you are up for an evening exploding with entertainment well you have come to the right place: see boomerangs thrown and learn about Aboriginal life in a way that has never been described. Understand the development of the cattle industry in Central Australia plus enjoy seeing the Australian bush bread, Damper, being made in a camp oven on the open fire. Nothing can beat a bush balladeer singing timeless Australian songs. Get involved, request a song and sing along.
Be served with a mouth watering feast of Scotch fillet steak, jacket potatoes, salad and vegetarian combinations that will satisfy the best appetite. Compliment this with bush pie, billy tea and coffee. All this cooked before your eyes in the open fire and on BBQ’s in the unique Australian style.
