What is your cancellation policy? |

Company Cancellation Policy is that is if the booking is cancelled within 24 hours there is no refund. Cancellations out side of this time are fully refundable.
However - company policy is flexible in case of extenuating circumstance i.e:
- serious illness, accident or death or
- where external interruptions have forced a change in schedule that requires cancellation. i.e: plane strike and inability to extend travel / alter tour dates. |

Do I need travel insurance? |

We strongly advise you purchase travel insurance. Tailormade Tours cannot be held responsible for tour program alterations due to flooding, or acts of nature, missed flight connections, cultural events, road closures, medical evacuations, damage to personal belongings or loss of property. |

Do you supply sunscreen and water on the tours? |

Do you have a secure location/safe for valuables during tours? |

Buses and vehicles are locked while vehicle is unattended. It is not recommended to leave valuables on board. |

Casual, comfortable clothing & suitable walking shoes. (See temperature question below) |

Nights in winter can reach -4° & days in summer can reach 40°.
These are average temperatures:
March to May: 12° - 27°
June to August: 5° - 20°
September to November: 14° - 30°

Does Tailormade Tours provide entertainment at night or on any evening tours? |

Yes, on our Evening Outback Bush BBQ Tour, which includes a boomerang throwing demonstration, a demonstration on damper making, a talk on the history of the beef cattle industry and a fascinating talk on aboriginal culture. A bush balladeer will also entertain you while you enjoy your prime scotch fillet steak, homemade salads and refreshments. |
